Job Position: Salesforce Business analyst
Location: Bridge water – NJ
Job Responsibilities:
• Gather and validate business requirements and user stories
• Drive workshops with business SMEs and user groups
• Ability to work with ambiguous requirements and drive clarity by collaborating with business groups
• Drive decisions on application functionality and collaborate with business SMEs
• Focus on Salesforce OOB and configurable functionality to address business requirements
• Create Functional Specification documents
• Collaborate with development and testing teams to build a quality product
• Review test cases and sign off on their completeness and correctness
Required Skill:
• At least 2+ years of experience in Salesforce
• 5+ years of experience as a functional consultant
• Experience with agile projects
