What you'll do -
- Owner of Salesforce CRM and CPQ solutions architecture and first and third party system integrations.
- Partner effectively with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, Finance, Product and Engineering to define business requirements, design system enhancements, and implement robust, scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Establish and enforce best practices for GTM systems design, governance, documentation, and data integrity, ensuring that solutions are secure and cost-effective.
- Scope, build and manage system integrations for effective data flows between Salesforce clouds and Quizizz product back-end and external GTM systems.
- Integrate 1st party data with data from external systems using both declarative tools as well as Apex & Lightning Component development.
- Manage data mapping and migration, data cleansing, custom object settings, fields, validation rules, flows, security settings and reports & dashboards.
- Build and manage DevOps processes related to Salesforce, including use of deployment tools like Gearset.
- At least two technical Salesforce certifications (preference for these): Application architect, CPQ specialist, Data Management & Architecture Designer, Advanced Administrator, Technical Architect
Who you are
- Experience in technical SaaS offering and product led growth.
- Good understanding of GTM motions within Sales, Marketing and Customer Success and ability to build and optimize systems from business requirements.
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce architecture and experience managing complex systems and implementations.
- Deep knowledge of technical best practices across the full revenue lifecycle—including Salesforce CRM, Salesforce CPQ, Hubspot Marketing cloud and adjacent tools like Outreach, Clay, LeanData, Gong, and signature tools.
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to build strong partnerships with and influence GTM, Finance, and Product teams.
- Ability to translate and rollout technical solutions to business stakeholders, anchored in end-user empathy
