The Salesforce Architect will lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions. This role will serve as a key technology strategist, working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure our Salesforce platform drives value across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.) aligned with business goals and technology strategy.
- Lead the Salesforce implementation lifecycle, including discovery, architecture, development oversight, testing, and deployment.
- Define integration architecture and patterns for Salesforce with third-party systems such as ERP, data warehouses, and external APIs.
- Collaborate with business units to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Own and maintain the Salesforce data model, security configuration, and automation processes.
- Establish and enforce best practices for Salesforce development, deployment, and documentation.
- Mentor Salesforce administrators and developers, fostering a high-performing team environment.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce platform updates, releases, and emerging tools to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
What we look for:
- 5+ years (7+ years preferred) of Salesforce implementation experience in an agile development environment
- 5+ years of experience identifying and documenting business process requirements, developing process flow analysis, data modeling, functional design experience, and creating project plans
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate processes across disparate systems, incorporating best practices
- Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certifications preferred
- Experience writing user stories to capture Salesforce requirements
- Experience designing or building Salesforce integrations with 3rd party applications
- Experience with data migrations from third party systems to Salesforce
- Excellent written and oral communications skills, relationship focus, and strong technical and business acumen
- Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task, and a high degree of emotional intelligence
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
