The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking an expert Salesforce Architect to join our dynamic team. The incumbent will play a key role in designing, developing, and managing robust Salesforce solutions for our diverse client portfolio, leveraging best-practice methodologies to maximize system performance and business value. This is a W2 role tailored for seasoned professionals eager to apply their expertise towards delivering high-impact solutions and driving business transformation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide Salesforce solutions, encompassing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and beyond.
- Preside over Salesforce system integration, handling requirements gathering, architectural design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Oversee Salesforce system performance, conducting regular audits and maintaining technical standards to ensure optimal functionality.
- Provide expert Salesforce guidance and mentorship to development team, fostering a collaborative environment of continuous learning.
- Align Salesforce solutions with larger business objectives, constantly driving for improved efficiency, functionality and user experience.
Desired Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce architecture and related systems, with proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
- Proficient in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
- Strong Salesforce coding and application development skills, with an excellent understanding of APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or similar certification.
- Experience with other CRM systems and technologies.
- Previous exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Strong project management skills and experience with managing a team.
- Experience in end-to-end execution of business solutions, from conceptualization to delivery and support.
