About the Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud applications to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with project team members to design and implement scalable solutions.
- Ensure code quality and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce Service Cloud applications.
Job Qualifications
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud development.
- Familiarity with Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce configuration.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, Angular, SQL, and SOQL.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- 0–2 years of experience in application development or related roles.
