As a Salesforce Administrator your mission will be to:
- Build and configure a solid, scalable Salesforce architecture & ensure its adoption by our various teams.
- Manage the Salesforce platform: correct bugs, manage roles and profiles, optimize layouts, flows, screenflows, objects and fields.
- Manage integrations and monitoring of third-party applications (marketing automation tools, links with our backoffices).
- Create customized reporting dashboards for our teamsKeep up-to-date with the Salesforce ecosystem (tools, features, etc.)
✨ It will be a perfect match if you:
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and automation tools
- Strong foundation in programming concepts and logic
- Experience with Apex and JavaScript is a plus, but a willingness to learn and apply these within Salesforce is key
- Gladly welcoming, and regularly giving feedback to your team and to other Swilers
- Thinking in terms of what’s best globally for the company rather than locally for your projects
