Main Responsibilities:
System Administration and User Enablement
- Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings in Salesforce to ensure data integrity and user access control.
- Monitor and maintain data quality and integrity, including importing, exporting, updating records, and implementing duplication rules and automation to reduce errors.
- Configuration and maintenance of 3rd party applications and Salesforce plugins (e.g., Gong, HubSpot, Mulesoft, etc).
- Create and maintain documentation related to system configuration, processes, and training materials for end users.
- Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce users, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements as needed.
- Design and build reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices to recommend and implement improvements to our Salesforce instance.
New Feature and Process Development
- Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to gather and understand business requirements related to Salesforce functionality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Marketing, Risk Engineering, and Product, on complex customization and integration projects.
- Customize Salesforce using native tools like Flows, Screen Flows, Email Templates and Alerts, and Lightning App Builder to meet business needs and improve user experience.
- Create and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurations.
- Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, write user stories, create test scripts, and document processes.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and customization capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining Salesforce orgs, scaling from small setups (<20 users) to mature implementations (>100 users).
- Extensive experience designing and building custom workflow automations, screen flows, and custom pages using Salesforce native tools to enhance user experience.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Salesforce Certifications: Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Business Analyst.
- Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent experience.
