We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator with a proven track record in implementing and managing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, configuration and customisation, coupled with a strong attitude for problem-solving and process improvement. The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with stakeholders, organisational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy business processes across the departments.

The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, automation and improvement of client CRM platform. A love for technology and a desire for continual improvement is a must. Strong communication skills coupled with an overall understanding of the business process provide the winning combination for this opportunity.

Up to 6 months freelance contract with the possibility to extend.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure Salesforce is configured and optimized to support business processes and objectives;
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand their requirements and implement effective solutions;
• Customize Salesforce objects, fields, and layouts to meet specific business needs;
• Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests;
• Train users and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organisation;
• Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements;
• Identify opportunities to improve Salesforce processes and workflows;

Requirements and skills:

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator;
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification;
• Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality with the ability to build customer apps and objects, formula fields, automation processes, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity;
• Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption;
• Strong data management abilities and high attention to detail are a must;
• Strong project management skills;
• Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
