This role involves collaborating with various departments to optimize Salesforce functionality, ensuring seamless workflows, and providing technical support.

LOCATION

Enact Headquarters, Raleigh, NC - onsite hybrid schedule

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. System Customization and Configuration:

  • Customize Salesforce to meet the organization's specific needs.
  • Configure and maintain user profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.

2. Data Management:

  • Oversee data quality and integrity within Salesforce.
  • Implement and maintain data import/export processes.

3. Workflow Automation:

  • Design, implement, and optimize workflow rules, process builder flows, and approval processes.
  • Utilize automation tools to streamline business processes.

4. User Training and Support:

  • Provide training to users on Salesforce features and best practices.
  • Offer ongoing support to address user inquiries and issues.

5. Integration Management:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other business systems.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues.

6. Reports and Dashboards:

  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to meet organizational reporting needs.
  • Analyze data trends and provide insights to stakeholders.

7. Release Management:

  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and assess their impact on existing features.
  • Plan and execute Salesforce release management processes.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM201) required; additional certifications (Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
  • Proven experience in system customization, workflow automation, and data management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Lightning Experience and Lightning components.
  • Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and/or Service Cloud.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • Financial Services Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience working in the financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with financial data models, compliance regulations, and industry-specific Salesforce solutions.
  • Proven ability to implement Salesforce solutions tailored to financial services requirements, such as managing client relationships, automating financial processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
