What we're looking for:
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for management, configuration, development, testing, and maintenance of Iodine's Salesforce instance, including managing the flow of data between internal systems and Salesforce, platform integrations, reporting and dashboard creations, etc. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team to identify needed areas of support and develop CRM functionality that enables a successful sales function in the company.
What you'll do:
Your expertise as a Salesforce Administrator will make you an important member of the Revenue Operations (RevOps) team. Your contributions will include:
- Restructure the main Salesforce platform to increase usability, scalability, and efficiency for accounts, opportunities, quotes, etc.
- Assess usage and customize standard and custom objects, formula fields, process automation, reports/dashboards, and use data tools (Excel + Data Loader or similar)
- Perform basic Salesforce administration (Data maintenance/integrity, dashboards, reports, fields, page layouts, templates, manage workflows, data loader, etc.)
- Assist with new configurations as needed, including creating custom objects and fields, workflow rules, process builder, flow, templates, and more.
- Work with internal stakeholders and RevOps analysts to create, maintain, and distribute performance dashboards for KPIs, measurable through Salesforce.
- Participate in cross-functional teams that address issues involving CRM and business operations, act in a consultative capacity to ensure Salesforce optimization.
- Administer and build out solutions on the Sales Cloud to support evolving business processes.
- Contribute to projects to improve our Salesforce instances, such as deduplication, customizations to improve/scale and business processes.
- Assist RevOps Analysts with weekly reporting across business units.
- Support third-party applications integrated with Salesforce.com used by the business such as Nue (CPQ), LinkSquares, Hubspot, Gainsight, etc.
- Interface with 3rd party vendors to ensure the ongoing health of our 3rd party applications, reporting to the management regularly.
- Work cross-functionally and amongst the team to maintain, support and improve upon integrations with different systems
- Provide day to day system admin user support with user requests or issues, as well as admin work to further develop and scale the system through minor improvements.
- Manage security settings and user profiles.
- Create new user profiles and monitor access levels.
- Assist with implementing and unit testing all-new enhancements and add-ons from Salesforce releases and custom internal enhancements.
What we'd love to see:
- A minimum of 3 years of Salesforce experience, both in configuration, flows, object creation, data organization, and external platform integration. CPQ experience is preferred.
- Salesforce certifications: Administrator or Advanced Administrator
- Experience working on operational projects for sales, channel and/or support organizations.
- Superior time management, prioritization and communication skills.
- Basic project management skills, with scrum-style release management exposure
- Extremely detail oriented
- Ability to handle last-minute, urgent requests
