ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our Technology & Operations team. This is a service-based role where you’ll own our GTM Help Requests queue, triaging inbound requests from Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success, and Support, and turning them around against defined SLAs. You'll also administer and configure Salesforce, build reports and dashboards, and keep our data clean as our revenue teams scale.

Success in this role looks like fast, reliable resolutions and a well-maintained Salesforce instance that stakeholders trust because the data is clean and reporting is accurate. By keeping Salesforce running smoothly, you'll directly enable our revenue teams to close deals faster, onboard shops seamlessly, and keep customers supported, creating a clear and visible impact across the business.

Reports To: Director, Technology & Operations
Location: Hybrid - Buenos Aires (CABA), Argentina
Type: Contract - 6-9 Month Fixed Term Engagement with the potential to extend it based on performance and business needs.

YOUR CRAFT (Job Duties & Responsibilities)

    • Triage inbound help requests from stakeholders as your primary function: assess priority, scope effort, communicate status, and resolve issues within defined SLAs

    • Serve as a front-line support resource for Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success, and Support teams on Salesforce questions, bugs, and access issues

    • Administer and configure Salesforce (user management, permissions, roles, profiles, sharing rules)

    • Build and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and workflows

    • Create reports and dashboards to deliver insights for teams

    • Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions

    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through audits, deduplication, and governance best practices

    • Support integrations between Salesforce and GTM tools (Planhat, Marketo, Salesloft, Customer.io)

    • Test and roll out new Salesforce features, ensuring adoption across the organization

    • The duties and responsibilities outlined above are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned from time to time based on business needs.

YOUR FOUNDATION (Experience & Skills)

  • 2–4 years of Salesforce administration experience in a high-growth environment.

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required

  • Experience working in a ticket- or queue-based support model (e.g., Asana, Jira, Zendesk), managing competing priorities against SLAs

  • Strong customer-service orientation: responsive, clear communicator, comfortable managing stakeholder expectations

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, and automation tools (Flows preferred)

  • Skilled at building reports and dashboards that drive actionable insights

  • Ability to partner with stakeholders, gather requirements, and deliver effective solutions

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

  • Must be based in Buenos Aires

  • Availability to work on-site in our office in CABA two days a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays)

EXTRA CUT (Nice to Haves)

  • Experience in SaaS/technology companies
  • Familiarity with GTM tool integrations (Marketo, Salesloft)

  • Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder)

  • Don’t let this list stop you from applying - If you are interested in the role, we’d love to hear from you!
