To do this, we seeking to integrate a Salesforce Administrator into our team.

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce/Business Systems Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the administration, support, and enhancement of our Salesforce platform and other business systems. This role involves working closely with various departments to understand their needs, provide technical support, and ensure our systems run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Salesforce Administration and Automation Enhancements (40%):
    • Assist in user setup, profiles, roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules. Create and maintain Salesforce Flow automations.
    • Performance Benchmark: Complete routine system administration requests within 2 business days of request. Complete automation enhancements within 3-5 business days of request (depending on complexity),
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration (30%):
    • Gather requirements from operations teams partners and implement solutions that meet business needs.
    • Performance Benchmark: Successfully meet with ops teams to gather and implement requirements for 95% of projects within the agreed timeline.
  3. Documentation and Training Materials (20%):
    • Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
    • Performance Benchmark: Update 100% of documentation and guides within 48 hours of changes.
  4. Data Management (10%):
    • Assist in data imports, exports, updates, and clean-up. Support end users with salesforce report and dashboard requests,
    • Performance Benchmark: Complete data management tasks within 2 business days of request.
  5. Continuous Learning:
    • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
    • Performance Benchmark: Complete at least 2 Salesforce training sessions or webinars per quarter.

Competencies:

  • Basic understanding of Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce Flow automation.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Salesforce administration or a similar role.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred.
  • Familiarity with other business systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of data management and reporting tools.
