Mayfair is looking for experienced, world-class, sales development representative. In this role, you will work closely with the founders of the organization and help lay the foundation of the sales culture for the organization. Candidate must have experience prospecting, designing sales sequences, and booking meetings.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Generating booked meetings via cold outreach (email, phone, socials). This will be the primary metric this position is evaluated on.
- Building targeted lead lists with validated contact data.
- Performing research on prospects.
- Tracking metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
You may be a good fit if you:
- Have 1-2 years of previous SDR experience.
- Have experience working at an early stage startup.
- Consistently met or exceeded quotas set by management.
- Have experience working with tools used for list building and contact validation, including using attribute filters (e.g. ZoomInfo, Apollo, RocketReach, ZeroBounce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Have experience building sales sequences in Outreach.io, or an equivalent sequencing software tool.
- Have experience making dozens of cold calls per day.
- Have experience sending personalized cold emails.
