This is a full-time position as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) which includes a base, commissions, unlimited PTO, Health Benefits and more.

As an SDR at Lemonlight you will play a crucial role in driving our sales team to success. You will be the first point of contact with prospective customers and responsible for researching and qualifying leads by phone and email. You must thrive on identifying potential opportunities and navigating organizations to reach the right person. This entry-level role is an excellent opportunity to jump start your career in sales or develop further if you have minimal experience.

Core Responsibilities

  • Convert inbound and outbound leads to meetings
  • Manage a busy calendar for a team of Sales Executives 
  • Heavy sales prospecting to help fill sales executives pipelines
  • Answer routine questions about products, services, and production
  • Handle heavy telephone/email inquiries and requests
  • Data entry, generally Excel and CRM-based
  • Make a high volume of daily outbound emails

Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to make swift, sound judgments; offering solutions to customers
  • The confidence to talk with potential clients via phone.
  • You are highly organized and able to multitask in an  energetic, entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to influence in a collaborative “win as a team” environment
  • Above all, ethical, fair, and of high integrity with the ability to work autonomously
  • Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, or other B2B Success platforms is a plus!
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education is preferred, but candidates with proven experience will not be excluded from consideration
