Atlassian is revolutionizing the software development industry and helping teams all around the world like Daimler, Pixar and Tesla to advance humanity through the power of software & collaboration. We're looking for an experienced sales leader to run our DACH Solution Sales team. Our Solution Sales teams lead the largest 10% of customers in their respective regions. This non-traditional sales leadership role is responsible for marketing our suite of Enterprise level products into the above-mentioned customers. You will be responsible for helping our team to successfully work together with our Channel Partners, Product Specialists, and Marketing Team. Together, you will build and implement an effective sales strategy, organize marketing events, and establish key relations with anyone from CTO to System Admins to drive the sales of our Enterprise Suite. At the same time, this team will be a champion for our customers, by providing market feedback to our development team and helping us optimize our customer experience. You will report into the EMEA Head of Sales.

More about you

  • You have 7+ years of experience in enterprise software solution sales
  • You have 5+ years of management experience
  • You have the ability to hire, retain and develop high performing sellers
  • You lead by example in coaching sellers to build CXO relationships to better support their customers' digital transformation journeys
  • You have a strong a track record of achieving targets and experience using systems like Salesforce
  • You can effectively help your Solution Sales crew to run a sales cycle, build and manage a pipeline, and deliver accurate forecasting.
  • You are someone who wants to challenge the traditional Sales Model and optimize sales processes
  • You love working in a fast-paced international environment, take the initiative to get stuff done or try something new and love sharing your findings with your team
  • You have excellent communication skills in both German and English, and have considerable experience working with the German market

Our team includes experience from Sales and Management roles in well-established Fortune 500 companies as well as exciting start-ups.
