Spectrum Reach currently seeks a dynamic Director, Client Success for our enterprise campaign management team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO...
The Director of Client Success, Campaign Management will lead and support the overall strategy and direction for campaign management. This role is responsible for overseeing the day to day execution of our advanced campaigns. The Director will also work very closely with other functional leaders (Ad Ops, Product, Strategy and Activation) to ensure that the sales organization is getting effective support based on the collaboration of these various functional areas.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR...
The Director of Client Success will be responsible for developing and leading a support structure that aligns to the sales organization's goals and objectives. This includes planning, reporting, objective setting, overseeing divisional KPIs, overseeing training, sales program implementation, assist with compensation design recommendations to VP, and oversight of working with key functional advanced areas to provide effective support.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with senior sales leadership to define the optimal performance measurements and other requirements to ensure reliable and effective support is being provided to Sales.
  • Contribute to creating a multi-market support organization focused on elevating the skill set of the Client Success organization as a whole and providing an escalation point for day to day operations.
  • Liaison with divisional directors and functional areas to provide effective training and onboarding strategy to ensure resources are ready for deployment in all markets.
  • Create a culture that reinforces efficiency and top performance for Sales Support.
  • Serve as a partner and liaison to Sales leadership, Ad Ops, Product, Strategy and Activation, to make ongoing improvements to Sales Support.
  • Provides divisional feedback or assists with systems integrations with IT and CRM teams to improve sales support productivity.
  • Ongoing monitoring and improvement of total services offered. May be required to present to senior organizational leaders and assist with budget proposals and long term planning at the Divisional level.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 or more years of previous experience supporting a team of sales, advertising or marketing professionals.
  • Demonstrated expertise in business planning, analysis, large scale project management as well as driving productivity initiatives.
  • Expertise in managing and leading cross-functional teams, resource planning, budget and quality control.
  • Knowledgeable in developing and delivering business presentations to influence and inform decision making to senior management.


EDUCATION:

  • BS or Master's Degree in business administration or equivalent preferred


Driving is a requirement for this position. Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License and safe driving record.

The pay for this position has a minimum of $107,600.00. The actual salary offer may be higher as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
