Duties & Responsibilities
- Work with Sales Executives to drive pipeline through personalized outreach to multiple stakeholders
- Prospect into strategic business accounts via cold/warm call, email, and social strategies
- Achieve monthly quotas for activity and performance metrics
- Develop industry-specific expertise to take a consultative approach when communicating with Senior Level executives
- Receive mentorship from Senior Associates, Managers, and Directors
- Partner closely with Marketing to qualify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
- Leverage internal marketing materials to engage target executives and organizations
- Partner closely with Sales Executives to research prospects, schedule discovery calls, and build our Sales Pipeline
- Strategically plan account penetration for key verticals
- Leverage sales enablement tools and manage engagement with target prospects (Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Develop deep understanding of target personas and their needs
- Maintain up to date information on industry trends and the competitive landscape

Relevant Experience
- 1+ years of experience in sales, preferable SaaS
- Interest in pursuing a career in sales
- Consistent track record of overachieving
- Experience in using SF.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, ZoomInfo and other prospecting tools
- Empathetic listener and persuasive communicator
- Competitive, resilient, and highly motivated
- A great attitude and love for teamwork
- Bachelor’s degree required
