Position Summary

Mashgin is looking to hire an Account Director to our sales team. You will be responsible for all business development within the hospitality industry across major accounts, and handling sales activities within the United States. This is an individual contributor role, but requires someone who is a team player and passionate about Mashgin's technology. The ideal person for this role has already established relationships that exist in the hospitality industry from the biggest names in the industry.

You Will Be

  • Aggressively driving new business revenue that ensures strong profitability
  • Building strong relationships over a long-term selling cycle
  • Assisting the project management, deployment, and customer success teams in execution and client retention
  • Demonstrating our product suite and technology offerings to prospective clients, and becoming a product expert on the technology
  • Rolling up your sleeves to get things done full cycle from sales to customer success and beyond

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years in business-to-business outside sales experience focused on new account generation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience interacting with senior executive and selling at the C-level
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the United States
  • Experience working in a fast-moving, small startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing national accounts with large corporations in the hospitality industry 
  • Experience selling large, complex SaaS contracts
