The DWTC Riyada Programme is designed to develop the next generation of Emirati sales professionals by providing a structured pathway into a rewarding sales career.
This two-year, full-time employment programme combines classroom learning, on-the-job training, coaching, and practical business exposure to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and experience required to succeed in a professional sales environment.
Throughout the programme, participants will gain hands-on experience across the complete sales lifecycle, including customer engagement, consultative selling, negotiation techniques, account management, pipeline management, and relationship building, while working alongside experienced professionals.
