Entry Level Sales Trainee- Starting off by Mastering the Basics:
- Self-management: Being on time, professional, etc.
- Sales and Customer service basics
- Client product knowledge
- Establishing consistency in day-to-day work
Entry Level Sales Trainee- What you will learn in Team Leadership:
- Teach newer entry-level team members how to do the job you just mastered
- Train and re-training other Marketing & Sales Associates
- Take on more responsibility within the workplace
Entry Level Sales Trainee- What you will learn in Assistant Management:
- Payroll
- Company financials
- Human Resources
- Managing an entire team
