Requirements:
Advanced English level proficiency (B2-C1)
Willing to work within a 7 am–7 pm time frame in CST or EST time zones
Experience in team leadership and supervision of inside sales agents reporting directly to the main office in the U.S.
Responsibilities:
Focuses on nurturing inbound and outbound leads and moving them through the sales funnel
Converts warm leads or long-term follow-ups
Conducts initial consultations to assess borrower needs and motivations
Schedules borrower appointments with Loan Officers or Loan Partners
Tracks and manages a pipeline of potential borrowers, ensuring consistent communication and follow-up
Works closely with marketing teams to capitalize on campaigns and lead flow
Focuses on lead generation and appointment setting for Loan Officers
Makes outbound calls, sends emails, or uses other outreach strategies to qualify inbound or outbound leads
Transfers qualified leads to Loan Officers or Loan Partners for further consultation
Tracks leads in a CRM and ensures timely follow-up
Often works with a pipeline of leads from online sources, marketing campaigns, or referral partners
Oversees a team of inside sales agents, providing direction, performance feedback, and ensuring alignment with company goals and standards

50 tasks per day
3 transfers per day
Experience:
Licensing is not required unless discussing specific loan programs or terms
Background in sales, customer service, or lead generation
Knowledge of the mortgage process and products is helpful, but not mandatory
Proven ability to manage, mentor, and support a high-performing sales team
