The Role

Highland Management Group is a leading sales and marketing firm that specializes in delivering innovative products and services designed to improve the everyday lives of our customers. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Team Leader to join our rapidly growing team. This individual will play a crucial role in mentoring and guiding our sales team, driving sales growth, and fostering meaningful, long-lasting relationships with our customers.

 

As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic sales team, ensuring that sales goals are met and exceeded through effective leadership and communication. You will take ownership of your team’s performance, encourage a collaborative work environment, and maintain a high level of engagement with both customers and team members. This position is ideal for a driven, goal-oriented professional with a passion for leadership and a commitment to excellence in customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a sales team, fostering a positive, team-oriented atmosphere that encourages open communication, collaboration, and the achievement of shared goals. Inspire team members to perform at their best and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Promote and sell products and services by engaging directly with customers within your assigned territory. Build value by presenting solutions that meet customer needs and delivering compelling product demonstrations.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with both potential and existing customers by providing exceptional service, creating customer loyalty, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Track and monitor all sales transactions, customer interactions, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Implement targeted sales campaigns and initiatives to optimize team performance and drive overall sales growth.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism, swiftly addressing any issues and providing effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven Sales Performance: A demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets, with a track record of success in achieving personal and team sales goals.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related field is preferred. Experience in a leadership role is a strong advantage, showcasing your ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
  • Leadership & Mentoring: Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and motivate team members. A natural ability to inspire confidence and foster growth within the team.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with team members and customers. Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration and foster a customer-centric culture.
