We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Systems Specialist with expertise in Salesforce and experience in integrating Salesforce with various platforms through Workato. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless flow of data and processes across our sales and financial systems, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations. The Sales Systems Specialist will play a vital role in optimizing our use of Salesforce and its integration with Jira, Docusign, Conga, Bill.com and Oracle, ultimately driving business growth and success.
What's the job?
Salesforce Expertise:

• Serve as the in-house Salesforce subject matter expert, providing guidance, best practices, and support to the sales team.
• Continuously monitor and optimize Salesforce configurations and processes to enhance user experience and drive system adoption.

Integration Proficiency:

• Develop and maintain robust integrations between Salesforce and other key platforms, including Jira, Docusign, Conga, and Bill.com .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data and process requirements and translate them into successful integration solutions.

Workato Mastery:

• Leverage Workato to create and manage automation workflows, recipes, and connectors for seamless data synchronization between systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of data transfers.

Data Mapping and Transformation:

• Define data mapping, transformation rules, and data cleanup processes to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.
• Monitor data flows, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective measures as needed.

Documentation and Training:

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on integration processes, configurations, and best practices.
• Provide training and support to end-users and team members to ensure effective system utilization.

Security and Compliance:

• Ensure that data privacy and security and SOX standards are upheld during integrations and data transfers.
• Stay current with data protection regulations and best practices.

What we'll love about you

• 2-5 years of experience working with Salesforce in a system administration or integration role.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce features, data structures, and customization capabilities.
• Proven experience with Workato or similar integration platforms.
• Knowledge of Jira, Docusign, Conga, and Bill.com or other relevant platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role will also be eligible for equity, benefits, and a company bonus program.

$95,000 - $115,000 USD
