Role Summary

Currently, our B2B sales & service team is searching for an ambitious, compassionate, and intelligent employee, with a strong positive focus on internal & external customer support to help us on our path to change the gift card industry.

In this role, you will report to the SVP, Business Solutions and be the primary point of support for our many critical projects and processes. Your primary responsibilities include supporting the entire sales team’s efforts through a wide variety of tasks and projects.

This role is aligned with many facets of corporate sales support and key requirements include positive attitude, teamwork, extreme accuracy, and the ability to interact with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders. This team member can expect to interact frequently with the entire corporate sales team as well as the compliance, marketing, accounting, and manufacturing teams.

Essential Functions:

  • Fast response to sales-sensitive requests.
  • Near perfect delivery of sample products for clients, sales team & marketing projects.
  • Personal accountability for achieving goals.
  • Active contributions to the success of team members and the organization.
  • Timely documentation and reporting.
Responsibilities
  • Client support & relationship building with our top customers
  • Support the sales team with operational needs including price changes, Promo codes, product change requests, payment change requests, shipping support.
  • General weekly reporting & sales incentive reconciliations.
  • Product samples & product delivery support.
  • General sales support ticket resolution, client quotes, etc.
  • Trade show support (occasional travel may be required).
  • Sales newsletters and contest administration.
  • Documentation of procedures & document management.
  • Other duties as aligned with company needs and position profile.
  • Calls to potential corporate clients from our consumer channels (typically no more than 5 – 10 a day)
  • Support high-value accounts with prep and follow-ups
  • Assist with QBRs and identifying upsell opportunities
  • Stay close to product updates and client feedback
Impact Statement

For more clarity on the role, below are the success metrics and measurements for this role in the first 90 to 120 days.:

  • Client Relationship Building:  Attend at least 3 tier 1 client meetings (virtual or in-person) per month with the assigned account manager.
  • Sales Team Support:  Resolve sales ticket requests (price changes, shipping updates, etc) while maintaining a 30-minute SLA during normal business hours.
  • Client Outreach:  Reach out to 20 or more of our Small Business clients per week with a goal of getting them to convert to a Corporate client (hand off to sales team).
  • Weekly Reporting:  Delivery of a weekly sales team report to the sales managers & maintain the daily activity sales board.
Qualifications

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Proven sales support or related experience.
  • Strong customer service experience & a passion for serving others.
  • Superior written and verbal communication.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with emphasis on numbers (pricing).
  • Superb organizational and documentation skills and ability to prioritize workload.
  • Critical thinking with ability to make decisions within provided guidelines having potentially large financial impacts.
  • Goal-directed and constructively competitive.
  • Proficient use of personal computers, internet and Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Experience with CRM software (i.e. HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • A superior degree of professionalism and integrity and ability to securely handle confidential information in a PCI-compliant environment.

Education and Experience Required:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent business experience.
  • Three-plus (3) years successful sales administration experience or equivalent.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, cross-functional environment while achieving shifting priorities.
