As a Sales Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in facilitating seamless interactions with clients such as Google, Whataburger, and Tito’s. Our client base ranges from individual startups to global giants, encompassing industries as diverse as music festivals to healthcare. You will be instrumental in supporting our sales team throughout all phases of the sales pipeline.
Responsibilities & Expectations:

  • Support Across the Sales Pipeline: Assist Account Managers in guiding clients through various stages of the sales pipeline – from initial onboarding to production.
  • Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email; provide information on products, pricing, timelines, and order statuses.
  • Order Processing and Tracking: Efficiently manage Purchase Orders and create check-out carts for our clients. Monitor order progress to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Data Management: Maintain detailed customer records and sales data within the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and easy access for the sales team.
  • Product Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of company products and services to provide effective customer assistance and sales support.
  • Highly Collaborative: Foster collaboration with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Proactively identify and resolve issues related to orders, customer inquiries, and sales processes, ensuring efficient problem resolution.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities to interact effectively with customers, the sales team, and other departments.
  • Adaptability: Remain flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment, readily adjusting to changing priorities and new challenges.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of customer service or internal teams support experience
  • Excellent written and verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail coupled with exceptional time management skills
  • A customer-focused approach to managing inquiries and solving problems
  • Experience with CRM software (HubSpot knowledge a plus)
  • Bachelor’s Degree
