About the Role
As Lead, Order Management Specialist within Consumer Audio, you will be responsible for supporting various operations of the Order Management function needed to make the North America Order Management function ‘Best in Class’. All Order Management activities contribute to the strategic growth plan of Consumer Audio North America. Responsibilities will include managing a team and all related processes, communication, continuous improvement, and best practice development initiatives.
What You Will Do
- Work with Sales, S&OP, Transportation and logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure business goals are supported.
- Respond swiftly and resolve critical situations that impact customer service delivery and KPIs/SLAs.
- Account Ownership (Top/National Accounts) -- Manage the front-end order-to-cash process, from customer purchase order to sales order conversion, to fulfillment and final mile delivery tracking.
- Partnering with demand/supply planning and sales- order submissions and allocations to maximize retails sales and wholesale inventory for launches and replenishment while also ensuring retail partners are supported for planned sales activity.
- Ensure Adherence to Vendor Compliance requirements, driving the reduction and elimination of fines.
- Monitor and EDI issue resolution 850, 856, 842, 810, 3P 940 (outbound & inbound)
- Support Vendor Portals and Requirements
- Identify opportunities for process improvement. Work with management to prioritize, plan, and execute the most impactful improvements.
- Daily reporting on assigned accounts
- Managing RMAs
What You Need to Be Successful
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in SCM, Credit, Finance, and/or Sales Administration
- Detail oriented
- Strong analytical, written, verbal, and organizational skills
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Bonus Points if You Have
- Experience with SAP ERP and/or a similar ERP system is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills
- Project Management experience
What Makes You Eligible
- Be willing to travel up to 10%, domestic travel
- Be willing to work in an office in Northridge, CA
- Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
