Sales Support Coordinator

As the Sales Support Coordinator you will be responsible for optimising customer satisfaction while supporting the overall objectives of the Sales Department and contributing to the company's growth and success.

The Sales Support Coordinator will be responsible for creating a seamless and high-quality customer experience, acting as a key liaison between the company and its clients. They will handle a wide range of tasks, from administrative duties and order processing to market analysis and customer relationship management.

What we’re looking for: 

• Experience working within a office environment.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Very good polish and English language skills.
• Good knowledge of German is a  plus
• Good MS Office skills (mainly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Excellent organization skills
• Proficiency in MS Office 
• B category driver license is a plus
