As a Sales Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, focusing on supporting our Sales Leadership team. You must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator, with the ability to manage and help keep track of demanding schedules and maintain great relationships both internally and externally.

The Role:

Our expectation of this role is that you serve as a direct executive assistant to our Director of Sales and assist the entire team with operational duties related to sales success projects and processes and picking up anything that is needed from the team. While this is mainly an internal-facing role, you will interact potential customers and clients on meetings and assist communication including emailing, calling, and texting them. You will often liaise cross-functionally between marketing, customer success, and operations. The ideal candidate is someone who is extremely organized, is a clear, very strong communicator, loves organizing and tracking projects and is obsessive about taking on any task and any project and seeing it through to completion with absolute accuracy.   • Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative professionals

  • Handling all administrative duties for the sales department or team, including scheduling client conferences and meetings.

  • Providing assistance to management team members and executives as needed.

  • Attending all of the Director’s demos and taking detailed notes for review after the meetings

  • Draft emails on behalf of the Director and follow up with clients on an as needed basis

  • Create tasks in HubSpot to assist with next course of action for leaders as well as managing sales-related emails in HubSpot.

  • Assist members of the sales team at conferences by helping them with their presentations, materials, and logistics to ensure a smooth and successful event.

  • Organize all of the Director’s meetings and ensure they are prepared with any necessary information.

  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team

  • Collaborate with team members and management in recommending and implementing improvement opportunities.

  • Identify areas of process improvement for sales operations

  • Able to pivot quickly with changes to processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred

  • Demonstrated history of being highly organized and detail oriented

  • Solid critical thinking and decision-making skills with demonstrated ability to work independently

  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, shift gears quickly, and meet deadlines in fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining professional composure

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Able to communicate effectively and professionally with staff and management.

  • Familiarity with sales processes and procedures

  • Must be an extremely competent, advanced user of Excel/Google Sheets

  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Chili Piper, and other relevant tools

  • Advanced skills in Google workspace, Slack, HubSpot

  • Potential to travel at least 1-2 conferences a year
