Your mission:
You ensure the support of the B2B sales force for the Corporate market, with a specific focus on the preparation of customized contracts, the management of the customers to get all information needed for the implementation process and handle all administrative documents needed to implement, modify or cancel a contract.
Key responsibilities:
- Actively supports the Account Managers in the preparation of customized contracts, with the objective to gain efficiency, to improve the quality of the contract and consequently increase Customer Experience
- Works in close collaboration with the account managers and coordinates the sales related administrative activities with the Contract Management team, the pre- and post-sales teams and other internal departments.
- Contacts, visits and accompanies customers in the sales process to collect all needed administrative and technical inputs to ensure a first-time-right implementation process (port-in, tariff changes, split, migrations)
- Supports the administrative document management of RFP related standard attachments and certificates.
- The administrative activities will be related but not limited to:
- Pro-actively manages the availability of the administrative documents, which are required to respond to RFP
- The contract administration process

Work in close collaboration with the Partner Relationship Specialist for IRISnet with tasks related to order management by creation of POs in Fusion, creation of ORs in SalesForce and provide administrative support in all incoming requests of IRISnet such as pre-sales checks, fix data orders, cancel requests etc.)
Profile:
- Ideally 3 years experience in a similar position
- Computer literacy: good knowledge of the Office applications
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Knowledge of sales practices and the most efficient customer service techniques
- Excellent motivational skills and works will with a team but also able to work alone and be self-initiator
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfaction: ensure clear communication towards account manager and other departments.
