How You’ll Make an Impact
- Managing payment-related incidents end to end, including detection, resolution, and follow-up.
- Handling customer inquiries and non-payment claims via phone and email.
- Monitoring aged debt, prioritizing actions, and supporting timely collections.
- Managing internal and external payment claims, including unpaid, missing, credited, or rectified invoices.
- Keeping customers and internal stakeholders informed on payment status.
- Ensuring accurate recording and maintenance of invoices, payments, and contracts in internal systems.
- Acting as a liaison between Customers, Sales, Finance, and Commercial teams on payment matters.
- Reviewing, managing, and registering contracts, annexes, and subrogations for new and existing projects.
- Providing administrative and documentary support to the Sales team.
- Creating Purchase Orders, managing digital archiving, and coordinating signature processes.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Highly organized professional who can be capable of working with minimum supervision
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role in high paced environment
- Basic knowledge or experience of invoices/non-payments and their processing.
- Handling of MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook,...).
- Fluent English, Native Spanish
