Role Overview:
The Sales Supervisor of Flight Club will be responsible for promoting and supporting business growth and operations through sales and people development. We are looking for an ambitious and innovative top tier leader with deep knowledge in retail processes. One that empowers team members to act in the best interest of providing an elevated and unmatched customer experience. In this role you will cultivate winning teams, promote operational efficiency, and are passionate about people and sneakers.
In this role, you will:
- Assist the Sales Floor Manager/Store Manager with all aspects of the store functions; opening, closing, scheduling, staffing, store upkeep, updating and sending reports
- Lead by example and assist in fostering a winning culture mentality
- Direct and monitor all sales activities to ensure operating and sales goals are met
- Lead and support selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases
- Develop exceptional customer relationships and a best-in-class sales culture that raises the bar
- Mentor and instruct team members on Flight Club’s WAVE training to ensure delivery of excellent customer service, product knowledge, and brand history
- Implement and create store benchmarks with a clearly defined succession plan
- Support business growth and leadership by analyzing and communicating key financial data, monitoring operating efficiencies, and identifying business trends/opportunities
We are looking for:
- 2-3 years of sales management/supervisor experience in the retail/service industry
- Ability to deliver great customer experiences that builds loyalty and deliver measurable sales results
- Experienced and able to quickly adapt and react positively to business needs and changes
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
- Detailed, organized and have excellent time management
- Strong financial acumen and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high performing teams
- Knowledge and passion for sneaker and streetwear fashion
