- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Turn data into insights by analyzing market trends, performance metrics, and customer behavior.
- Build sales plans and forecasts in alignment with business priorities.
- Optimize sales processes and tools to improve efficiency and scale.
- Enable the sales team with training, playbooks, and resources.
- Track and report KPIs through dashboards and performance reviews.
- Collaborate across teams (Marketing, Product, Finance) to ensure strategic alignment.
1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 -7 years of business strategy operation experience, experience in business operations such as media platforms or consulting companies is preferred;
2. Possess strong executive ability and solid data ability, be able to systematically sort out and solve problems, and be able to independently output industry analysis reports is preferred;
3. High work initiative, strongly self-driven, and strong ability to resist pressure;
4. Strong cross-team communication skills, quick thinking, ability to get results, and good adaptability are preferred;
5. Technical knowledge to handle big data sets, BI tools and executive reports for sales
6. English: Advanced or fluent (mandatory).
