ROLETradewing, a brand under the Foundry for Good family, is seeking an experienced SaaS Sales Specialist to own the full sales cycle for our association engagement platform. Tradewing helps trade associations, professional associations, and membership organizations bring their members together — unifying community, learning, events, and member management in one platform.
This is a full-cycle sales role: you'll prospect, run discovery and demos, and close deals with associations and membership organizations. You'll sell to executive directors, membership directors, and community and communications leaders, helping them see how Tradewing drives member engagement, retention, and non-dues revenue. Typical deals range from $5K to $15K.
We're looking for a proven SaaS seller with a strong track record — someone who can run their own pipeline end to end, communicate value clearly, and consistently hit targets. If you love the full motion of selling, from first touch to signed deal, and want to sell a product that helps mission-driven organizations thrive, this is a great fit.
RESPONSIBILITIESOwn the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and close
Build and manage your own pipeline of associations and membership organizations
Run compelling product demos tailored to each prospect's goals and pain points
Sell to executive directors, membership directors, and community/communications leaders
Clearly communicate how Tradewing drives member engagement, retention, and non-dues revenue
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets across a portfolio of $5K–$15K deals
Manage CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and clear pipeline reporting
Collaborate with marketing and customer success to ensure smooth handoffs and strong client outcomes
Stay current on the association and membership landscape and the needs of the buyers you serve
This is a work-from-home setup
You would work during US Eastern (ET) business hours
Target of 42.5 billable hours per week
Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role, working US Eastern hours
Prior SaaS sales experience with a strong, demonstrable track record of hitting or exceeding quota
Mid-to-senior level experience owning a full sales cycle
Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
Strong academic background with an outstanding General Weighted Average
Confident, polished presence on video calls and product demos
Skilled at discovery, handling objections, and moving deals to close
Experience selling to nonprofits, associations, or membership organizations is a strong plus
Proficiency with CRM tools and disciplined pipeline management
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage your own pipeline independently
Comfortable working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
We currently have 100+ team members who live in the Philippines who have been fantastic team members and we're excited to add new team members to this new role!
There are a few traits unique to our business that individuals should consider before applying.
You must love the idea of giving back to the community and nonprofits. There are thousands of jobs. If being involved in the success of nonprofits is something you're truly passionate about, this could be a great role.
You must be extremely comfortable with change. As a small growing company, decisions can be made over a weekend and fully implemented by early the next week. Whether that's new systems, new processes, or new approaches, we look for individuals who can adapt and thrive.
You must believe that the best contributors should get better rewards. As a company, we believe in paying people based on the value they generate at the business.
You must be willing to disagree and commit. As a growing business, there will be lots of decisions that get made and changes that occur during your time at the company. Some of which you'll agree with and some you won't, we strongly believe that the best team members have the ability to disagree and commit (i.e., going with a decision after it has been made regardless of whether or not you agree).
You must believe the status quo is unacceptable. As a growing company and as individuals, we believe the status quo is unacceptable. Everyone should be relentless in striving to be the best version of themselves and figure out ways to create more value at the company, enhance our client's results, and grow professionally. The question should always be "How can I be better" rather than "How can expectations be adjusted".
