ISS STOXX is looking for a Sales Specialist to support our sales efforts across the Nordic region for our market leading suite of Sustainability & Climate Solutions. We provide data driven solutions, for our clients who are institutional investors (Asset managers, hedge funds pension funds) and are looking for a strong sales professional to grow our client base in the Nordics.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a genuine interest in the area of sustainable and responsible investments, along with a financial background and demonstrated sales experience. The role requires a high level of technical acumen, attention to detail, the ability to understand front office needs and strong collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
Achieve revenue goals by identifying and closing upsells for existing clients and sales to prospective clients
Grow ISS STOXX market share, recognition and perception within the investment management and asset owner community
Continuously assess Sustainability data market opportunities, define and update a sales plan for territory and discuss with management
Build and maintain relationships amongst prospects
Record all client and prospect contacts and all meeting and telephone activity information into firm's CRM system
Share relevant industry and opportunity information across the sales group and with other departments
Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years’ experience closing new business above target and relationship management within the financial services industry.
Bachelor or master’s degree with a background in Finance, Economics, or other related discipline is preferred
Track record of relationship management, business development and / revenue generation either selling directly or through strategic partners
Demonstrated relationship and project management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
Strong multi-tasking skills, with expert judgment to help set priorities
English language skill and one other Nordic Language
Excellent organizational and verbal skills
Absolute personal and business integrity
