Partner with the bestAs a Sales Specialist for Drill Bits, you will take ownership of customer accounts and represent Baker Hughes. Using your knowledge of the market and customer needs, you will build trusted relationships and act as an ambassador for the customer. You will contribute innovative insights that deliver both new and existing sales opportunities.
As a Sales Specialist – Drill Bits, you will be responsible for:Selling products within a defined geographic area
Working closely with operations, sales, and engineering teams to deliver value to customers
Acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer concerns
Handling complex products and systems requiring strong technical understanding and awareness of operating environments
Responding effectively to customer needs, expectations, and requirements
Evaluating the suitability and application of drill bits and components to ensure safe and successful drilling activities
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
OR a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of sales experienceDemonstrate strong oral and written communication skills
Possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Be a team player with a positive attitude
Have the ability to work independently
Show willingness to be coached by leadership and peers
Demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities

Standard working hours during the day
Requirement to visit customer rig site locations after hours as needed
On-call 24/7 during weekdays and once every 3 weekends to support client needs
