We’re seeking a Sales Representative to manage the full sales process — from engaging with warm leads and building strong relationships, through needs assessment and product presentation, to closing deals and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-oriented professional, target-driven, with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering value to customers while consistently achieving sales goals.


Requirements
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in telemarketing or field sales with a strong track record of revenue growth in a structured commission-based environment.
  • Previous sales or customer service call center experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Experience in sales of investment products in the capital markets, finance, or real estate industry – an advantage

Additional Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a market-driven approach.
  • Strong adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and high-level English.
  • Additional language – an advantage.
