We are looking for ambitious candidates to join our incredible team as an Entry Level Sales Representative As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will work under the supervision of our top senior sales and marketing managers. Not only will you have support and guidance through every step of training, but you will also have a marketing database provided as a resource to enhance sales margins. The nature of this role is designed for outgoing, self-motivated candidates who are eager to establish a long-term career and have a passion for sales! If you are looking to solidify a career foundation in sales, then our full-time Entry Level Sales Representative position was made for you! 
As an Entry Level Sales Representative, You Will:

  • Outreach to potential customers directly to promote our brand, educate consumers on our products, and inform them of service prices that are within their means
  • Train directly with our lead sales and marketing team to perfect the sales pitch, understand product knowledge, analyze market research between leading competitors, and improve all other marketing and sales tactics
  • Attend all virtual meetings and in-person conferences regarding our partnered clients’ updated promotions, products, and sales progress to maintain compliance and achieve quarterly sales goals
  • Upsell new products and services by identifying what benefits the customer’s needs and utilize product knowledge to customize the customer’s promotion deals
  • Establish and achieve daily sales goals by resolving the customer’s concerns and overturning objections

Entry Level Sales Representative Skills Preferred: 

  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in shared team space 
  • Self-driven and motivated to improve interpersonal and sales skills 
  • Quick learner and thrives in a fast-paced environment 
  • Possess persuasive negotiation skills and confidence in public speaking 
  • Outgoing, charismatic, positive, and friendly demeanor to our fellow sales team and potential customers

Basic Qualifications We Look For In An Entry Level Sales Representative: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Communication, or Business preferred 
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or client relations
