We are looking for a Lead Generation Sales Representative to help expand our new home improvement client. The Sales Representative will be responsible for staying up to date on our client’s products and services in order to deliver informative, effective, and interactive presentations to qualified decision-makers in the Sacramento territory. Our newest campaign unlike any other. As the Sales Representative, your ultimate goal is to conduct exciting presentations and generate new leads for our client. At that point, we conduct free in-home consultations and offers various different services including R-30 insulation, windows and glass doors, roofing, exterior painting and coating, HVAC, and bathroom/kitchen remodeling. 

Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Learn existing sales systems for our client through leveled training and development with an assigned Sales Manager
  • Become familiar with their professional home improvement projects and various competition to deliver the best results for customers
  • Work carefully throughout the planned series of steps for the customer, organize a schedule to ensure a quick and efficient outcome
  • Identify home improvement sales opportunities in order to maintain a solidified sales plan and execute with the appropriate guidance
  • Develop market and full customer appreciation for their respective assignments and project oversights

Sales Representative Qualifications:

  • Strong self-management capabilities and networking skills, preferably with top Sales Managers and implement their strategies
  • The willingness to learn various home improvement projects to become an outstanding representation for our client
  • Must be well organized with effective time management skills and have the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • The ability to travel locally throughout the region to meet customers at their appointments
