The Inside Sales Intern will focus on customer acquisition. This position involves cold calling new potential clients, client business referrals, or web leads. Provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered and additional presentations as needed. Work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult through the sales process. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to bring the sale to a closing. Have a continuous learning and can-do attitude.
Inside Sales Intern Duties and Responsibilities:
- Making cold calls.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team
- Managing lead lists.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals
- Processing leads
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in the CRM system
- Prospecting and lead generation.
- Identifying business opportunities.
- Assisting the sales team wherever possible.
Inside Sales Intern Requirements and Qualifications
- Recent college graduate (within 1 year) or nearing graduation.
- Self-motivated.
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
- A strong team player who is yet able to work independently.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM experience preferred.
Requirements:
- English at least B2
