The Sales Representative helps grow Pendleton’s wholesale Home, Custom Blanket, and Accessory businesses. This role builds customer relationships, supports seasonal selling, identifies new opportunities, and works across teams to deliver a strong experience for our wholesale partners.

What You’ll Do

Account & Business Management

  • Manage relationships with assigned wholesale accounts and serve as a day-to-day contact for customer questions and needs.

  • Identify opportunities to grow sales with existing customers and prospect new Home, Custom Blanket, and Accessory accounts.

  • Support account plans and sales goals in partnership with Sales leadership.

  • Share customer needs and priorities with internal teams.

Seasonal Sales & Account Strategy

  • Support seasonal selling through product presentations, assortment recommendations, customer follow-up, and order placement.

  • Partner with Merchandising and Sales leadership to select products that fit customer needs and Pendleton’s brand.

  • Track sales and product performance to identify opportunities and potential risks.

  • Share customer and market feedback to help inform future sales and product decisions.

Order & Business Management

  • Coordinate order placement, changes, delivery requirements, and other account needs.

  • Work with Order Services, Planning, and Sales Operations to address product availability and delivery questions.

  • Keep customers informed and help resolve issues promptly.

Key Account & Channel Management

  • Support in-store and online wholesale opportunities for assigned accounts.

  • Help grow Custom Blanket sales by identifying customer needs and following up on opportunities.

  • Share input on products, assortments, and market trends, particularly across Home and Accessories.

Customer & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Participate in trade shows, sales meetings, and customer appointments as needed.

  • Coordinate samples and presentation materials with internal partners.

  • Work across teams to follow through on customer commitments and sales priorities.

  • Support special Sales Division projects as assigned.

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in wholesale, consumer products, apparel, home goods, or a related field.

  • Experience building customer relationships, prospecting, and following through on sales opportunities.

  • Comfort presenting products and communicating with customers by phone, email, and in person.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, orders, and deadlines with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to use sales data to understand performance and identify opportunities.

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Experience with a B2B wholesale platform such as NuOrder or Elastic is a plus.

  • Appreciation for quality products, craftsmanship, and Pendleton’s history.
