Wash N’ Roll is hiring outgoing, dependable Sales Representatives! If you enjoy talking to people, working outdoors, and earning commission, we want to hear from you.
Pay, Schedule & Benefits- $15 per hour plus commission.
- Opportunity to earn approximately $150+ per week in commission, depending on sales performance. Commission is not guaranteed.
- Typically scheduled 40–50 hours per week.

- Explain wash packages and Fast Pass membership benefits.
- Help customers select the best option for their needs.
- Sell memberships and work toward sales goals.
- Keep customer interactions professional, efficient, and welcoming.
- Work closely with the site team to provide a great customer experience.

- Dependability, motivation, and a willingness to learn.
- Comfort working outdoors and staying active during shifts.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
