Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers and prospects through calls, visits, email follow-up, research, and CRM activity.
- Support the entire rental process, including generating rental agreements using our business system and securing insurance and credit approval.
- Learn how rental activity connects to long-term lease and customer growth.
- Work with customers in a professional, timely and urgent manner, including hands-on tasks such as truck check-in/check-out and logistics.
- Assist with inspections, documentation, administration, and related paperwork.
- Participate in sales training, individual and team prospecting activities, assist with customer events, and other opportunities to learn the industry.
- Collaborate with sales, service, rental, and administration across the organization.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent. College coursework, a degree, military service, or other relevant (not necessarily industry) experience may all add value.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Comfort using basic Office tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, thoroughness, and follow through.
