Role Overview:
As a Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales and growth across the Central and Northern regions of Spain. You will actively promote DME and Mold-Masters' technologies. Your responsibilities will include sales activities, design support, pricing, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to grow accounts and expand market share.
  • Provide sales forecasts and updates to management.
  • Advise customers on how to improve productivity using advanced injection molding technologies.
  • Differentiate DME and Mold-Masters from competitors during sales calls.
  • Build and manage strong customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
  • Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Plastics Engineering or related certification.
  • Around 4-5 years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales (plastics industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of injection molding processes.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and mold prints.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
