We are excited to announce that in partnership with Amphastar we are looking for Sales Representatives to join our team of over 10,000 global field representatives in several regions making over 20 million product details annually for our pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
Sales Representative
The Sales Representative is primarily responsible for achieving sales goals and gaining recommendations of promoted products within the assigned territory. This is accomplished by establishing mutually beneficial, long-term business relationships with influential healthcare providers key to the sales success of promoted products. The Sales Representative is also responsible for coordinating sales strategies with appropriate teammates to maximize sales in assigned territory.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage customer relationships in defined geographic territory to strengthen the company brand.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales goals.
- Develop territory call plans.
- Coordinate appropriate support resources to maximize and strengthen customer relationships.
- Manage selling processes to include the following areas: HCP product recommendations, productivity, and HCP/account relations.
- Maintain sales prospect lists/sales funnels as required to achieve sales volume targets.
- Maintain a detailed customer call activity database within OCE CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Attend sales training program to further development competencies.
- Manage company expense within policy and defined budget.
- Demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all customer/company interactions.
Qualifications/Experience:
- 4-year Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience required.
- Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
- Strong relationships in territory a plus.
- Demonstrated success in prior roles.
- Proven record of exceeding sales objectives.
- Have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- All the preferred qualifications, plus:
- Related experience in the Allergy/Asthma/OTC space.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop an assigned territory with minimal supervision.

The potential base pay range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
