What You'll Do- Help customers find the perfect vehicle for their lifestyle and budget
- Respond promptly to internet leads, texts, phone calls, and online inquiries
- Build relationships and create exceptional customer experiences
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers
- Utilize dealership CRM tools to track customer communication
- Stay current with product knowledge and vehicle features
- Work closely with managers and teammates to achieve dealership goals
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and customer-first mentality
- Sales experience is a plus but not required
- Automotive experience is welcomed but not necessary
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
Base Pay of $16.50 per hour + Commission + Performance Bonuses
