Our client is a premier, high-growth international Forex brokerage with a rapidly expanding global footprint. Dedicated to delivering superior trading services and customer support, they are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join their team and drive client acquisition and retention across international markets.

This role is ideal for a dynamic sales professional with experience in FX/CFD or financial services sales, strong closing abilities, and fluency in English plus an additional language.

Description

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging prospective clients, converting leads into active traders, and maintaining long-term client relationships. You will play a key role in expanding the company’s reach into new markets, working across time zones, and leveraging CRM tools to optimise the sales process.

The successful candidate will be a driven communicator with a proven track record in client acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities
  • Acquire new clients and retain existing accounts within FX/CFD trading markets
  • Convert leads into active clients through effective communication and closing skills
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive trading activity and retention
  • Work with CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and track performance
  • Identify and explore new sales opportunities across multiple regions
  • Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns
  • Represent the company professionally in all client interactions
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in FX/CFD sales or financial services sales
  • Fluent in English plus one additional language (preferably Arabic, Malaysian/Indonesian, or others)
  • Strong closing and negotiation skills with a track record in lead conversion
  • Experience in client relationship management and retention strategies
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones
Nice to Have
  • Existing client portfolio or network of traders
  • Prior experience in IB/affiliate recruitment
  • Additional languages (Arabic, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Indonesian/Malaysian, Indian regional)
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment
