Sales Representative – Romania (Prahova, BZ)
We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to strengthen relationships with existing customers and expand our client base within the AC business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys building long‑term partnerships, and is motivated by achieving strong commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by promoting and selling our products and services across your assigned territory, customer portfolio, or product range.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, customer visits, and needs assessments.
- Provide responsive customer support by addressing inquiries and offering tailored product recommendations.
- Negotiate commercial terms within your authority to close deals and meet revenue objectives.
- Develop long-term customer relationships that encourage repeat business and future growth.
- Share market insights—including customer feedback and competitor activity—with internal teams to support strategic decisions.
- Plan and manage your sales pipeline through structured weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual activity planning.
- Collaborate with your Sales Supervisor to ensure alignment with broader commercial goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma and a minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
- Experience in technical or field sales is a strong advantage.
