We are seeking a Sales Representative who is comfortable being the first sales hire at a confidential, early-stage startup.
You will be responsible for all outreach, closing, and executing the initial go-to-market sales strategy. This role requires someone entrepreneurial who thrives independently and enjoys proving new concepts.
Responsibilities
Identify and prospect potential customers.
Develop and implement an effective sales strategy.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
Close new business and achieve sales targets.
Provide feedback from prospects to help shape product development.
Requirements
3+ years of software sales experience, ideally at a startup.
Proven experience independently developing and managing sales strategies.
Comfortable working autonomously in an ambiguous environment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
