POSITION OVERVIEW 

We are seeking an experienced Sales Recruiter to join our HR team. This role will focus primarily on recruiting top-performing sales professionals to support OBM’s expanding sales organization while also providing recruiting support across other departments as needed. In addition to recruiting, this individual will play a key role in onboarding and training new sales team members to ensure a seamless transition into the company. 

During slower recruiting periods, the Recruiter will support broader HR functions, contributing to employee engagement, compliance, and other people-related projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter with general HR knowledge who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating offers. 
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies. 
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs. 
  • Provide a best-in-class candidate experience through consistent and timely communication. 
  • Support recruiting efforts for roles across all departments as needed. 
  • Lead onboarding for new sales team members, including training and orientation sessions. 
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues on employee experience, compliance, and engagement initiatives. 
  • Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement. 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 4-6 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on sales hiring strongly preferred. 
  • Proven success in sourcing and hiring top talent. 
  • Experience supporting onboarding and training programs. 
  • General HR knowledge and ability to support HR processes when needed. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams. 
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously. 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
