Make a difference as Sales Promoter at Enza Zaden

As a Sales Promoter at Enza Zaden, you will support our field marketing and demand creation activities across sales areas in Ethiopia. You will work closely with Sales Representatives to increase product awareness, support simple demonstrations and promote our seed brands at the last-mile level. In this role you will need to:

·        Promote our products: Create product awareness in villages, markets, agro-dealer shops and community events.

·        Engage farmers: Conduct basic farmer engagement activities and support demo plots to help growers understand product performance and benefits.

·        Strengthen visibility: Ensure product visibility and distribute promotional materials in the relevant sales areas.

·        Share market insights: Capture simple market observations and provide timely weekly activity reports.

·        Support the sales team: Assist Sales Representatives with grassroots activation, farmer follow-up and local promotional activities.

What you bring as a future colleague

·        Completed secondary school; an agricultural or sales-related diploma will be an advantage.

·        Comfortable working in rural communities and engaging directly with farmers.

·        Good communication skills in local languages; ability to communicate in English is an advantage.

·        Ability to ride a motorbike, with a valid riding license where required.

·        High energy, reliable, self-motivated and able to follow structured work plans.

·        Passion for agriculture, community work and building strong relationships.

·        Willingness to travel daily within rural sales areas and support weekend or community events during peak seasons when needed.
